Chapter Recruitment

Hi! My name is Lexi Yelle, and I am the 2026-2027 Director of Recruitment Events. We are so honored to welcome you to Delta Delta Delta and share a bit about who we are with all of you. Here at Cornell and all across the country, Tri Delta is a place that values authenticity, courageousness, and kindness. We are a group of women that steadfastly love one another. While the recruitment process can often be intimidating and overwhelming, we want you to remember that just like you, we are college women eagerly looking to connect with new people and find a sense of belonging in our community. Meeting so many new people and learning about what makes each chapter unique is so fun! After having the incredible opportunity to also serve as our chapter’s Director of Member Selection and VP of Membership Experience, I can honestly say recruitment is the most rewarding process we take part in. We want to help you find your post-grad roommates, the best friend you turn to during hard times, and the people you get coffee with on campus every week. Tri Delta has given us the group of women that so many of us longed for when we first got to college. We cannot wait to meet you and help you find the place you call home!!!!!
