Living Experience

A PLACE TO LIVE

Tri Delta facilities provide a home away from home to many. Our members embrace the ideal of friendship and value self-respect as they are free to be themselves, form strong friendships and have their current friendships grow stronger while spending time with each other in one of our chapter locations.

A PLACE TO LEARN

Tri Delta fosters academic excellence. By providing our members with quiet study spaces, academic resources, modern amenities and Wi-Fi throughout the facility, our members are able to focus on their academics and learn in a comfortable and supportive environment.

A PLACE TO LEAD

Outside the classroom, Tri Delta members are boldly leading the way and are actively involved on their campuses and in their communities. Tri Delta spaces support their leadership and allow members to grow into the best version of themselves.

Welcome to the Alpha Beta chapter of Delta Delta Delta at Cornell University! Our chapter has been at Cornell for over 100 years and we are very proud of what we have accomplished in that time. Tri Deltas are very diverse when it comes to our interests, goals and lifestyles. While our differences allow us to grow as individuals, our sisterhood unites us towards common goals.

An important aspect of Tri Delta is our commitment to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Tri Delta members nationwide have raised over $45 million for the hospital. This dedication helps unite chapters across the country and elevates what it means to be a member of this organization.

Beyond our work for St. Jude, we were successful in making a widespread impact on campus through our Fat Talk Free campaign, a week dedicated to creating positive body image for both men and women. Though service is not the only part of being a member of Tri Delta, it is very important to all of us as it is deeply rooted in our organization’s values.

Our sisters are Resident Advisors, Student Assembly representatives, dance group presidents and tour guides. They’re researching for professors, running marathons, singing in a cappella groups and organizing events for Cornell employees. Despite all the time and energy that must be put into each of these passions, I have never felt that I could not ask another Tri Delta for help when I needed it. This compassion and love for one another is what it means to be a sister and a Tri Delta.

So take a look around our site and learn more about our chapter. Tri Delta means something different for each member, whether it be people who will stay up with you until 4 am, two hundred formal dresses to pick from, or a place to call home. Thank you for visiting our site and I hope you enjoy learning about why we love Delta Delta Delta.

Delta Love,
